Omchemy is a website that delivers tools and resources to transform one’s physical and spiritual health. “Om” for meditation or the spirit, and “Chemy” for Art and Science of Alchemy.

Spiritual alchemy focuses on spiritual growth, releasing one’s spiritual self from fears, limiting beliefs, and a lack of self-acceptance. It is the art of transformation, inner liberation, and change. In contrast, physical alchemy emphasizes altering and transforming our bodies and the physical world.

Alchemy is often understood as the transformation of states or materials, such as the familiar “lead into gold” trope. However, alchemy is also about aligning energies into the end product, be it physical, medical, or personal. In this practice, the alchemist uses an understanding of the materials at hand and aligns them with the heavenly, the astrological and the earthy phenomena to magnify the utility of the item.
